NAVKAR TECHNOLOGY COMMUNICATION LLP (the owner and operator of Navkar Technology Platform) and its affiliates, provide services and information contained on the platform to users subject to this privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of the platform.
By accessing the platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data by us in the manner provided in this policy. Our Privacy Policy is subject to change followed up by intimating all the users through an email.
By visiting the platform or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. By mere use of the platform, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. This privacy policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of use. This policy applies only to our services.
1 Personal Information
- Personal information is any information which can be used directly or indirectly to identify you. It includes de-identified data that, when linked to other information available to us, would enable us to identify you.
- This information will be used majorly to capture your details in company’s records, to register your account, to book a demo, to contact the support.
- Any data / information relating to an individual that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 any other law shall not qualify as Sensitive Personal Data or Information. By signing up on the Platform using our Services you represent that you voluntarily provide us with personal information and consent to its collection, use and disclosure in accordance with this privacy policy.
- You also represent that you are duly authorised by any third party (including an employee) whose information you share with us. We shall act as per your representation of authority and shall not make any independent enquiries to ascertain the veracity of your authorisation.
- In the event you do not have sufficient authorisation you shall be solely responsible for your acts and omissions including sharing of information with us by you and the consequential processing and actions taken by us in accordance with this privacy policy.
2 Messages and Meta Cloud APIs
Navkar Technology will be receiving messages from Meta through cloud APIs. Messages are stored temporarily and then shared with WhatsApp CRM platform for client’s usage. These messages will be deleted in 30 days automatically.
3 Information we collect
- When you use our platform, we collect and store your personal information which is provided by you from time to time such as your name, email id, address, mobile number, and other relevant information as may be required to provide our services.
- This information may include your IP address of your device and related information. We retain this information as necessary to provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
- In addition to the above, while you access or opt for services from any technological device which includes but is not limited to mobiles, tabs, and computer systems, we may receive certain information such as:
- The name of your internet service provider;
- The IP address, device identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, mobile carrier;
- The operating system you are using;
- The date and time you access our Services;
- Information about how you interact with our Platform, such as usage frequency and time spent on specific parts of the Platform.
4 Cookies
Cookies are useful for enabling the platform to remember information specific to a given user. We place both permanent and temporary cookies in your device's storage. The cookies do not contain any of your personally identifiable information.
Counter to Do-Not-Track (DNT) Feature
Currently, most web browsers and mobile apps offer Do-Not-Track ("DNT") features. However, given current technology standards, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. It shall be your responsibility to ensure you opt for DNT features if available.
5 Communication from User's End
There are many ways to reach us i.e., via e-mail, helpline numbers, and other channels. Once you initiate communication from your end, we may catalogue your contact information and correspondence details for later references and to help improve our Service.
6 Disclosure of Personal Information
- We may share personal information with our other corporate entities and affiliates for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt-out. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing without your explicit consent.
- We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes.
- Rule 6 of the IT Rules 2011: Personal Information may be disclosed where the disclosure is necessary for compliance of a legal obligation or a lawful purpose connected with a function of the Platform.
7 Global Compliance (GDPR & LGPD)
GDPR Compliance
In the EEA and UK, you have rights to access, Rectification, erasure, and data portability. You can object to processing by contacting our support team.
LGPD Compliance (Brazil)
If located in Brazil, you have rights under LGPD regarding the access, reproduction, and deletion of your personal data.
8 Retaining your Data
We store your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services or as required under law. If you close your account, we may delete your data, though we may retain certain info to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.
9 Social Media Platform Logins
We provide the ability to register using social media accounts (like Gmail). We will use the profile information we receive only for the purposes described in this Policy. We are not responsible for how these third-party providers use your information.
10 Security Procedures
To comply with Rule 8 of IT Rules 2011, we have in place appropriate technical and managerial procedures to protect against loss or misuse.Transmissions over the internet cannot be 100% secure, so we encourage you to use robust passwords and log off after using shared devices.
11 User Rights & Choice
You have the right to access, update, and correct inaccuracies in your personal information. If you withdraw consent or provide inaccurate info, we reserve the right to restrict or deny Services.
12 Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023
In compliance with the DPDP Act 2023, Navkar Technology (Data Fiduciary) notifies you ("Data Principal") that we shall collect and process your Data as mentioned hereinabove. Your acceptance of this policy constitutes unconditional Consent.
