1 Our Services

Our Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services 'AS IS' for your internal business purpose only.

3 User Representations

4 Purchases and Payment

All the payments related to messages will be paid directly to Meta. And regarding the usage of the portal to send or receive messages or any service available in the portal will be charged separately, these charges will be handled outside the portal for now.

All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

5 Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data to create a database without permission.
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features.
• Engaging in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material.
• Attempting to bypass access restrictions or reverse engineer software.

6 Term and Termination

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES. We may terminate your use or participation in the Services or delete your account at any time, without warning.

7 Governing Law

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. NAVKAR TECHNOLOGY COMMUNICATION LLP and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT OR LOSS OF DATA.
